Hall Virgil loved the trail. He was dedicated to the development and maintenance of the trail used by walkers, runners & bikers alike. He would often be seen on the trail attending to whatever needed to be done on the trail. Along with his late wife Diana, It was his longtime passion to help create and develop the B&O Trail in west central Indiana. We especially appreciate trail supporters like YOU who are making a donation to help us expand the trail and honor Hall's legacy. You can make donations quickly and easily.
The B&O Trail Association is a volunteer, non-profit organization. Your donation is fully tax-deductible and helps us provide local matching funds towards grants like the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Next Level Trails grant program from which BOTA was awarded $4,583,050 in 2021. With your support, some great things will continue to happen in the next few years to fulfill Hall and Diana Virgil's vision of an ever-expanding B&O Trail.
